For each proposal, please email a vote for accept/reject/maybe, and up to a short paragraph saying why, including any suggestions for the authors to apply to their call for participation. Please email these back in as few messages as possible to the chairs, who will summarise the reviews, make a recommendation for acceptances, and propose a schedule. It would be best if you could do this by February 25th.
