;;;; Based on a Keystroke model (computed in Dismal), these aliases
;;;; are maximumly efficient (but not necessarily memorable), saving
;;;; approximately 50% of the typing time and could reduce errors
;;;; compared with the full commands across tasks (Nichols & Ritter,
;;;; to appear in CHI'95).

;;;; We suspect that the aliases will prove more useful to those people not
;;;; using the SDE.  We would welcome any feedback about the use of the
;;;; aliases, particularly any more aliases which might be useful.

;;;; In order to make the aliases usable, they have been devised with a
;;;; small set of rules in mind (noted below).  Once the rules have been
;;;; learned the use of the aliases should be easy.  Exceptions are
;;;; explained clearly and have been handled with frequency data in mind.

;;;; of aliases before using them.  In cases where some ambiguity may
;;;; occur, more than one alias may have been provided, as long as this is

;;;; To load the aliases, you can either place them or a load command
;;;; referencing this alias file in your .init.soar file.  They will
;;;; then be automatically loaded when starting Soar, and you will see
